To access data from our FTP, you will need an FTP client program of some kind; opening the link in Chrome/Edge will not work.
We recommend using Filezilla, which can be downloaded here.
Once you've installed Filezilla, along the top, enter "ftp.kasurveys.com" as Host, and fill the username/password boxes with the details provided in the delivery email. You can leave the port blank, and click Quickconnect.
On the right pane, right-click the job you want to download and click download.
